Plenty of modern updates

For those of you who don't remember Saturn, they were a subsidiary of General Motors that was discontinued during the economic downturn. GM, who discontinued Pontiac and Hummer as well, stopped production of new Saturn models on October 1, 2009 and officially shut them down the following year on October 31st following a failed sale to Penske Automotive.

And now the Saturn Sky Roadster (known in Europe as the Opel GT) has made a comeback thanks to tuners Vilner. The excellent Oriental Blue Sky Roadster features plenty of modern updates, such as LED-daytime running headlights and a revamped front bumper that features a revised grille.

The interior comes equipped with black Alcantara and carbon fiber pieces, while the seats, dash and sides are finished in Royal Red leather. Check out the photos of Bulgarian tuner Vilner's take on the Saturn Sky Roadster. No pricing information has been revealed for the aftermarket program.

Beim Saturn Sky von Vilner sieht man sofort, wie stark Details ein Gesamtgefühl verändern können. Materialien, Farben, Nähte und Verarbeitung machen aus einem Auto nicht nur ein Fahrzeug, sondern fast ein persönliches Statement. Genau diesen Blick für Qualität finde ich auch bei Körperpflege spannend. Es reicht nicht, nur auf schnelle Effekte zu setzen; wichtiger sind gute Substanz, Pflege und Beständigkeit. Deshalb interessiert mich die Wirkung von Kollagen besonders, wenn es um Hautelastizität, Bindegewebe und Regeneration geht. Ein schönes Design beeindruckt von außen, aber echte Wertigkeit beginnt für mich immer auch in der Struktur darunter.
